Good missions deserve good systems.
I bridge the gap between executive ambition and operational reality.
Mad Learning Lab builds lean evaluation and learning systems for nonprofits — the kind a busy program manager can run on a Tuesday afternoon, and a board chair can read in five minutes. Most nonprofits live between two pressures that never quite meet: leadership that needs to prove impact, and staff already stretched thin. I sit between them, and design for both.
My work is research-grounded and time-honest. I bring the rigor of formal methods and the practicality of someone who has sat inside nonprofits long enough to know what works.
When I leave, the work stays.
